Joe Biden was caught with his hand in the proverbial cookie jar earlier today when a canceled check from his office made out to the Girl Scouts of America was released to the press.
The amount of the check was $600.
Biden, who made a socially distanced visit to Desert Palm Hospital in Las Vegas, secretly ordered over 100 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies for all of the doctors, nurses, and support staff that have selflessly put themselves in harm’s way to treat patients afflicted by COVID-19.
Dr. Davis spoke with Joe Barron about this generous gift.
“There’s nothing like Girl Scout Cookies. The Samosas are my favorites. Everyone had lots to choose from. It really lifted our spirits when he spent time here. He pledged to do everything he could to help.
He said that what he could do is limited because he’s not the President yet. He thanked every single one of us. He was very modest about the gift, apologizing that he couldn’t do more to help us. He didn’t want this to get out and I’m sure he’s not happy with whoever leaked that canceled check image.
It was a great gesture to help out the local troop and to raise our spirits. It was good to have someone who is running for President that actually seems to have a soul and a conscience.”
Republicans are already lining up to write Articles of Impeachment over this secret settlement. Paying $130,000 to a porn star for her silence is one thing, but giving the Girl Scouts $600? That crosses the line and Americans won’t stand for that kind of thing.
We hated Obama and Biden because they had a scandal-free eight years, which obviously means they were hiding things. We are living in the most transparent administration in history, with all of the criminal acts occurring in plain sight.
Do we want the appearance of a squeaky clean Presidency like we’ll see with Joe Biden or do we want to see all of the corruption exposed like we are with Donald Trump?
