DING!? That’s the sound of another round of lunatic words from the mouth of New York Democrat, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. And what was the latest you ask? Was it something mildly crazy like the innocent, naive words of a child? Or was absolute, bats**t, over-the-top, totally separated from reality, can’t escape from Oz, typical AOC kind of crazy? If you guessed,”Probably the latter,” you would be absolutely correct.
Ocasio-Cortez now wants America to completely eliminate cash money as a means of exchange. She’s says money is a crime but that if it exists, it should be shared fairly, adding, “Unfortunately, the rich like Trump think the money pie is all theirs and they don’t want anybody else to have a slice.”
She continued:
“People like Trump fancy themselves to be part of the high-fidelity first class travelling set in need of Lear jets. This desire consumes them and nobody else matters. They don’t see that money is the root of all evil, biblically and today.
But Mr. Trump, sharing the wealth is not do-goody good bs. It is essential to actually creating the equality that our constitution describes. Only when there are no longer any poor to be oppressed by the Trumps of the world, will real equality begin to form.
The solution? Eliminate currency and have true distribution of essential wealth. When the value of a man is measured by the size of his bank account over the size of his heart and soul, something has gone very wrong in this country. The fact that Trump is adored for his wealth, and his scumbaggery is ignored, makes it clear that America has forgotten God.”
What any of that had to do with a proposal to replace money with some other means is beyond me. Obviously, whoever wrote that speech had no plan, just what was thought to be a good headline.
