AOC Wants Bagged Milk

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been pushing her “Green New Deal” hard, dreaming up ridiculous new proposals  to include in it everyday. No motorcycles, no trucks, no airplanes, no pets……she basically wants everything gone.

Now she’s set her sights on our food; on a mainstay of our American diet.

On milk.

No, she doesn’t want to get rid of it. She wants to change how we get it. Taking a cue from our weirdo neighbors to the north, Canada, Ocasio-Cortez wants grocers to no longer sell milk on cartons and jugs. She wants it sold in……wait for it…….this is really stupid even for her…..BAGS.

SHE WANTS MILK TO BE SOLD IN BAGS.

Canada, lacking the technology to manufacture cardboard and hard plastic, has been buying milk in bags for 40 years. A plastic pouch fits into a jug and they snip off a corner to pour. It’s quaintly Canadian. And it’s dumb af.

AOC likes it because, as she says, “it cuts waste and keeps garbage from landfills”. What she fails to point out is that it’s socialist. Obviously. It comes from commie Canada. Canadians drInk bagged milk only because the bankrupt socialist government distributes it this way at their food lines. It’s bagged or nothing. Canadians have no choice.

But this is America. The land of choice and we won’t stand for it.
